As 2021 draws to a close, this is a great opportunity to reflect on the year that was at Canopy.Although 2021 brought many challenges, we are thrilled with the progress that has been made at Canopy.This year saw the achievement of many important milestones and some exciting new developments take place.We would like to thank you for coming with us on this exciting journey, as our community continues to grow.Some of our highlights include:- 3 stages titled- 116 house starts- 1 wetland at western entry- 6 stages granted design approval- Streetscapes delivered for stages 1, 2, 3 & 5- Leaf recertification- 77 lots soldWith an exciting year to come in 2022, find out below what we have in store for the Canopy community:CONSTRUCTIONIn 2022, we will receive titles for Stages 10, 11 and 12.PARKSThe team at Canopy are currently in the process of designing and obtaining approval for Canopy Park (located within Stage 8), as well as the Stage 11 waterway and pocket park and the Stage 8 wetlands.We anticipate design approval to be granted for Amstel Park (located within Stage 10), with construction to commence shortly after.WETLANDWe will commence construction of the highly anticipated Northern Entry Wetland. We also plan to build the recycled water booster pump station in the Entry Wetlands alongside the associated pipeline from Cranbourne-Frankston Road.LANDSCAPINGLandscaping within Stages 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 will commence.More Canopy land releases coming soon!With the recent purchase of 9 additional hectares of land along the southern boundary of our existing community, this exciting new acquisition will see approximately 200 new homes join our community.With plans to release in early 2022 this new release is sure to be in high demand.
