CANOPY COMES TO LIFE The new Canopy Community is coming to life, with many of the underground services now installed, our future residents will start to see new roads and handcrafted stone retaining walls appearing within the first stages. STAGE 1 Watermains and road kerbs have been installed within Stage 1. The projects stone mason is now hard at work installing the beautiful handcrafted stone walls within Stage 1. Once these walls are finished the construction team will commence installing electrical services, lights and footpaths. The Cranbourne Frankston Road intersection is proceeding with the construction team commencing work on the future right-hand turn lane within the central median. When finished, this entrance will allow residents to turn right or left out of the Canopy community. STAGE 2 Road bases and the stormwater drainage network have now been constructed within Stage 2. Our construction team has also commenced installing watermains, road kerbs and retaining walls within the stage. STAGE 3 The sewers have been installed within Stage 3 and the construction team has almost completed the installation of the stormwater drainage network. Over the next month the team will complete the drainage network and commence installing watermains. STAGE 5 Construction on Stage 5 has now commenced. The construction team is undertaking bulk earthworks and shaping the first streets within the stage. CANOPY ENTRY WETLANDS The stormwater drainage network and bulk earthworks have been completed within the entry wetlands. The civil team is currently constructing the entry waterway crossing. The crossing will provide a picturesque entry to the Canopy Community, with the future waterway on one side and the new wetlands to the other. This architecturally designed crossing includes large curved end walls with feature balustrades, providing a charming sense of arrival for the community.
