CANOPY USHERS IN SPRING WITH A WAVE OF NEW WORKS Canopy is greeting spring with a wave of new construction works. Driving along Cranbourne-Frankston Road you may be surprised by the transformation that is underway. Works on our new entry road, off Cranbourne-Frankston Road, has commenced. With works on our new intersection to start soon. Once complete, arriving residents will pass over the tranquil wetlands and be greeted by a landscaped entrance and two groups of beautiful canopy trees ushering them into our quiet and exclusive development. Brown Property Group has completed earthworks within Stage 1 and has commenced earthworks within Stages 2 and 3, customers can now witness future roads within the development taking shape. Expect to see some big changes over spring as we complete the earthworks for these stages and commence work on the sewers and drainage. Early works on the dams in the south west of the development are now complete. Civil works will commence on these areas shortly which will ultimately be transformed into a scenic wetland incorporating shared pathways and seating, enhancing Canopy’s tranquillity and connecting residents to the many open spaces, recreational opportunities and local amenities within the Canopy Community and surrounding area. Brown Property Group is constructing a new carpark for the Amstel Club which is part of the Clubs major renovation. We look forward to watching this key feature of the local area be revitalised and continue to be an important asset to our local community.
