CANOPY COMES TO LIFE The Canopy Community continues to grow with the first footpaths and light poles appearing in the initial stages. STAGE 1 Handcrafted stone walls have been constructed throughout Stage 1. The civil team is installing footpaths, driveways and topsoiling lots. The construction team will complete the roadworks and install electrical services, including light poles during June. The Cranbourne-Frankston Road intersection is proceeding with the construction team completing the new road base and commencing the construction of the kerbs. The civil team is working towards completing the intersection within June. STAGE 2 Watermains and kerbs have been constructed within Stage 2. The civil team has successfully installed electrical services within the stage including our very first light poles in the development. The project’s stone mason is now hard at work installing new stone retaining walls throughout the stage. STAGE 3 The civil team has completed the construction of the road bases and the stormwater drainage network within Stage 3. The team has commenced work installing the watermains and will soon start installing kerbs throughout the stage. STAGE 5 The construction team is undertaking bulk earthworks and shaping the first streets within the stage. CANOPY ENTRY WETLANDS The Civil Team has completed the large end walls for the new waterway crossing which will form the entry to the Canopy Community. This architecturally designed crossing will ultimately include large curved end walls with feature balustrades, an entry feature and planting. These works will be completed with the landscaping of Stage 1, which will commence later this year.
