CANOPY IS FINISHING 2018 BY ACHIEVING KEY MILESTONES

Canopy is finishing 2018 with a burst of activity, achieving several key milestones and building the foundations for a truly unique development.

Canopy has received it’s official planning approval from Council allowing us to complete the construction works and deliver the vision for this future community. Earthworks and road boxing are now finished within Stages 1 and 2 and it’s exciting to see our new community taking shape. With road bases already wrapping in and around the beautiful Canopy trees within Stages 1 and 2, it’s clear to see that Canopy is going to be a truly unique development and a special place to call home.

Earthworks within Stage 3 are well underway and will be completed shortly. Preparation for sewer and drainage works within Stages 1 and 2 is complete, with installation of pipework to commence within the next month. Summer 2018/2019 will see a rapid transformation at Canopy, and as you drive along Cranbourne-Frankston Road you can already see our construction team hard at work to bring the Canopy vision alive.

Brown Property Group has been working closely with Council to refine the design of our new central park, which is going to be a key attraction for residents. The park, which will be nearly 1.5ha of open space, will include extensive play equipment for both younger and older children, picnic shelters, BBQs, and a dedicated youth play space, all framed by a group of magnificent Canopy trees
providing an exceptional play experience.

Brown Property Group will complete the new carpark for the Amstel Club in November, which is part of the Club’s major renovation. The Amstel Club’s renovation will provide a brand-new restaurant, sports bar, indoor playground and café which will all be within walking distance for the Canopy Community.
